Bonophool Banerjee, a distinguished alumnus of IHM Kolkata's 1984 batch, boasts an illustrious 35-year career in academics, specializing in food production. Kicking off his professional journey with a two-year stint in the hotel industry, Bonophool returned to his alma mater, ultimately retiring as Head of Department on December 31, 2020. Today, he continues to inspire as an Academic Consultant, collaborating with various educational institutions.
A Qualified Learning Facilitator (QLF) from Lausanne, Switzerland, and a Master Trainer for the CLF program under NCHMCT, Noida, Bonophool has played a pivotal role in the Faculty Development Program.
