Dr. Pankaj Misra is presently working as an Assistant Professor in Department of Hotel Management in Bhagat Phool Singh Mahila Vishwavidyalaya, Sonepat, Haryana. Apart from rich academic experience of more than two decades in reputed academic institutions, he has rich diversified industrial experiences and corporate exposures in reputed hotels and multinational companies.

 

With the in-depth passion for culinary skills, he has an expertise in the Indian cuisines as well as international cuisines such as American, Italian, Continental, Chinese cuisine, etc. He has judged various culinary competitions at regional and national repute across the country. Dr. Misra completed his Ph.D. from the Punjabi University, Patiala, Punjab, Master degree in Tourism Management from Indira Gandhi National Open University, New Delhi in 2007, and completed his four-year Bachelor degree in Hotel Management from M.J.P. Rohilkhand University, Bareilly, Uttar Pradesh in year 2000.
