The book has been written by keeping the interest of the students who are aspiring to become professional in the hospitality Industry. Our aim of writing this book was two fold: to provide guide regarding communication which could be dipped into and read with ease by an absolute novice and secondly to create a book so comprehensive that it could provide a depth of detailed information associated only with definite single subject works. There are certain new topics related to latest changes in the hotel Industry that have been added in this book where students had faced the difficulty to understand the certain topics earlier as the detailed structure was not available easy. Any suggestion to make this book more effective is welcome so that they can be effectively implemented in the next edition.
