Mr. Jay Prakash Kant currently working as a Senior Lecturer with Chandigarh Institute of Hotel Management and Catering Technology a NCHMCT recognized/ approved institution also Cosponsored by Ministry of Tourism, Government of India and Chandigarh Administration. Graduating from IHM Meerut in 2001, Mr. Kant took on his professional journey with IHG and also has been associated with renowned brands like Hyatt Regency, ITC, Radisson, The Hans and many more. Mrs. Sonal Agarwal graduated from JP Institute of Hotel Management in 2004. She started her career as a management trainee in Narula's and worked with Godwin Group of Hotels, then decided to shift to academics and worked with spring dales educational society in the department of hotel management and is currently designated as an Associate Professor with Institute of Hotel Management & Catering Technology, Meerut. Being from the industry she is also handling placement cell of the institute and ensures each of her student gets placed in the industry. Her interest in teaching motivated her to write this book in a simplified way to help students understand the gist of this subject. Here she puts an effort for one stop solution for students of every query related to the subject.
