Dr. Sanjay Nibhoria is working as a senior faculty member in Tourism and Hotel Management with the Institute of Tourism & Hotel Management (ITHM), Bundelkhand University, Jhansi, Uttar Pradesh, India since Oct.2001. In addition to teaching various subjects pertaining to these two emerging & exciting disciplines, he had been Incharge of Bundelkhand University International Center (BUIC) - the University Guest House with facilities of a three star property and Placement Incharge - ITHM.

 

Prior to this job Dr. Nibhoria had been associated with the various Travel organizations and Hotel properties at senior management level He had conducted a number of EDPs’ and MDPs’ on various aspects of Tourism and Travel trade during his academic endeavors and formulated syllabi/ curriculum for different courses, modules, &

programmes. His current research and teaching is focused on hotel operations, sustainable tourism planning, ecotourism, cultural tourism, entrepreneurship and the symbiotic relationship of these fields to economic development of indigenous communities.

 

Academically, authoured Three popular books on Tourism Development , Hotel Management and Enterpreneurship, along with 15 Research papers published in national and international Journals.
