Arvind Kumar Saraswati, is an Assistant Professor of Hospitality and Hotel Management as well as a Ph.D. Research scholar in Management Science. He is an alumnus of IHM, PUSA and earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Hospitality and Hotel Administration. He holds a Master's Degree in Tourism Management and Post Graduate Diploma in Business Administration in Marketing Management. The author has more than nine years of experience in academics and industry. His career graph includes associations with esteemed organisations such as Hotel Samode Palace, ITC Hotel Maurya Sheraton, IHM Hajipur. Mr. Saraswati has been associated with Banarsidas Chandiwala Institute of Hotel Management & Catering Technology, New Delhi, for past five and half years. His areas of specialization are Front Office, Food & Beverage Service and Marketing management. He has a vibrant flare for writing on relevant topics related to his field and is actively involved in research. During his academic career, he has presented research papers in various universities and wrote many articles in hospitality trade magazines. He is one of the founder members of India International Hotel Travel & Tourism Research Conference and also associated with “Indian Journal of Applied Hospitality and Tourism Research” from the beginning and contributed to it at various positions of editorial co-ordinator, editorial advisor and editorial committee member. Sunita Badhwar, Assistant Professor in Banarsidas Chandiwala Institute of Hotel Management & Catering Technology, New Delhi, specialised in Front Office Operations and Management has more than eight years of teaching and industry experience. In her career she worked with Country Inn and Suites by Carlson, Crowne Plaza, Shangri-La Hotel and IHM, Meerut. She has completed her post graduation in Hotel Management. She is active in research and has authored numerous papers published in journals.
