Dr Tamali Sen Gupta, JSD is a corporate lawyer and board professional who has advised on international transactions, infrastructure projects, media and telecommunications, pharmaceuticals, banking and insurance, and intellectual property for over three decades. She is the Founder and Managing Partner of T. Sen Gupta & Associates/TSG Legal Consulting (P.Ltd. Her litigation practice includes matters before the Supreme Court of India and the Delhi High Court.
She has served on various Government committees and deposed before joint parliamentary committees on different legal issues.
Dr Sen Gupta holds a JSD and JSM from Stanford Law School, Stanford University, USA, an LLB and BA Economics (Hons) from the University of Delhi. She writes on technology policy, governance, and strategy.
