Dr. Kumar Satyam is a hospitality educator and researcher with over 20 years of experience. A Senior Lecturer at IHM Bhopal, he holds a Ph.D. from Uttarakhand Technical University, Dehradun, and is UGCNET qualified in Tourism. His academic credentials include an MBA, MA in Tourism Management, and MA in Distance Education. He has authored books on multiple-choice questions for hospitality subjects and published research in Scopus-indexed and UGC Care-listed journals. As an academic counselor for IGNOU, he contributes to hospitality and tourism education.

Dr. Neeraj Aggarwal is a hospitality and tourism expert with over 34 years of experience in academia and industry. He holds a Ph.D. from HNB Garhwal University and multiple degrees in hotel management and tourism. Currently, he serves as an Assistant Professor at UIHTM, Panjab University, Chandigarh. He has held leadership roles, including Dean and Director at prestigious institutions. A prolific researcher, he has authored numerous books and published extensively in hospitality and tourism journals. He has presented papers at national and international conferences and contributed to curriculum development. Recognized with multiple awards, he has been honoured for his research, mentorship, and contributions to hospitality education.
